Asphalt Ramps By Garage Entry
Step 1. We power clean the sruface from weeds, dirt...
Step 2. We then apply asphalt glue
Step 3. We then level and create a ramp out of hot mix asphalt.
Another type of garage ramp repair is a cut out. This is more costly. This type of repair is usually when the the asphalt is all cracked up.

Driveways sink over time. The most common area is by the garage entry.
Why? In most cases when your home was built, the grounds were not left long enough to settle properly before the pavers came. Also another common factor is the down spouts. At the corners of the garage corners, some times you will see a down spout. When it rains, the water gets to the sub base by the garage edge and slowly washes the sub base. This is how the asphalt pavement sinks. If this is what your experiancing, not to worry. You dont need to replace your driveway. A simple asphalt ramp, and a nice driveway seal will do the trick.
On the left , the pictures show you step by step on how we level sunken pavements by the garage.
Step 1. First we power clean the surfaces to insure there is no dirt.
Step 2. We then out line area in a nice neat shape and apply asphalt glue to the surface in order to insure proper bond.
Step3. Once the asphalt glue is applied, we then supply and apply hot mix asphalt accross and create a ramp short form (Garage Lip)
Step 4. Then the hot mix asphalt is compacted and leveled to proper grades and slopes to insure proper water drainage and a smooth even transition.
Step 5. Once the asphalt ramp is complete, we then use burners to melt the new asphalt into the existing asphalt so it becomes a seemles edge. Because we melt the asphalt into the existing driveway, this repair stays for life.
Most common question. How wide do we make the ramp.?
It all depends. Our Standard dimensions are the lenght of your garage by at leats 18" to 24" wide. This is enough to have a smooth even drive in and out your garage.
In some cases the settlement is deep and we need to take it much wider in order to have a proper water slope. What ever it takes we get the job done right the first time.
